Services

New Patient Session Includes a detailed history and review of the presenting condition, initial consultation, and Acupuncture treatment. Session typically lasts 1 hour. Recommended for patients seeking help with one condition without a complex history.
Extended New Patient Session Includes a comprehensive evaluation and assessment of the presenting condition, initial consultation, Acupuncture treatment, and additional services as determined by the practitioner including bodywork, herbal consultation, cupping, lifestyle counseling, self-care techniques, or additional areas of acupuncture. Session typically lasts 1 1/2 hours. Recommended for patients seeking help with more than one condition or with a complex health history.
Established Patient Session Includes a brief review and follow-up consultation of the existing condition, and Acupuncture treatment. Session typically lasts 1 hour.
Extended Established Patient Session Includes a brief review and follow-up consultation of the existing condition, Acupuncture treatment, and additional services as determined by the practitioner including bodywork, herbal consultation, cupping, lifestyle counseling, self-care techniques, or additional areas of acupuncture. Session typically lasts 1 1/2 hours. Recommended for patients seeking help with more than one condition or interested in receiving additional modalities.
Constitutional Facial Acupuncture Renewal Session Includes a brief consultation and both Body and Facial Acupuncture treatment. Session typically lasts 1 1/2 hours.
12 Pack – Constitutional Facial Acupuncture Renewal Sessions Provides savings when sessions are paid for in bulk. All sessions must be used within 24 weeks from the first session.
10 Pack – Established Patient Sessions Provides savings when sessions are paid for in bulk. All sessions must be used within 1 year. Recommended for patients with irregular schedules or seeking treatment as needed.
Monthly Membership – Established Patient Provides maximum savings. Includes 1 session every 2 weeks (26 sessions per year). Additional sessions are at a discounted rate. Membership can be cancelled anytime. Recommended for patients seeking regular treatment.

Insurance Coverage

Insurance may be accepted after verification that acupuncture is an included benefit in the insurance member policy and any applicable deductible balance has been met.

Any office co-payments are due at the time of treatment

Insurance patients who miss or cancel their appointment less than 24 hours in advance will be responsible to pay a full office fee for the session.



Policies & Procedures

24-Hour Cancellation Policy:
Please be respectful of the time set aside for your treatment. If you need to change or cancel an appointment, be sure to make up the missed appointment within a week so that the effects of treatment will not be interrupted. All scheduled appointments require a 24 hour minimum cancellation notice or the patient will be charged for a full office fee.

Payment Methods:
Payment can be made by cash, Zelle, Venmo, and credit card. A 3% service charge will be applied for all credit card transactions.

Tardiness:
We will do our best to accommodate our patients who come late to their scheduled treatment time. Please be on time for your appointment as tardiness will reduce your treatment time accordingly.

Confirmation Calls:
Each appointment may be confirmed the day before upon request. If you do not receive our call, please feel free to call to confirm your appointment. Please notify us if you do not want a confirmation call.

Cell Phone Use:
We prefer to keep our office free of noise and other distractions. Please be considerate of others and limit your cell phone use during your time at our office. We recommend changing your cell phone from ringer to vibrate mode.

Herbs:
We are pleased to recommend herbal products for a more thorough treatment experience. Herbs can be dispensed in their raw form or as pills, vacuum-packed teas, and granular form. If the recommended supplements are not available in our office, they may picked up at an herbal pharmacy in Chinatown or delivered to you by request. We do not accept returns on any herbal products. This is in keeping with industry standards and guidelines.
